I have the privilege of claiming to be Dick Smith’s flying instructor!!! Wow, now there’s a claim to fame! No, not really, I didn’t teach him how to fly, I just converted him to Microlight flying.

A few years ago I ran an advertisement on Canberra television in the hope of encouraging microlight flying. I only received one phone call! But that one call was a good one.
